Project brief –
Our clients had bought a building plot in Wedmore (Somerset) with a mind to build their dream home.
The surrounding buildings had a large effect on the design of the building to keep the street scene in keeping.
Through liaising with the local authority we adjusted the drawings with a mind on our clients needs and wishes and finally came up with a plan that was justifiable in terms of cost and design.
Using a local builder we were able to construct an impressive residence to the satisfaction of our client.
