Project brief –

Our brief was to add on an extension to a property that was already in the process of being built. Unfortunately the original architect had passed away. Due to the nature of the modern design of the building there was little scope with regards to “design flare”. Therefore, our brief was simple: we needed to create a kitchen area that was light and airy and also practical in both its size and cost. Once we had gained planning permission for the extension, we liaised with the builders on site and made sure that all parties were comfortable with the additions and aware of the connotations.
The result was a success and our client was very appreciative with our handling of the later stages of the project.
